The Agency practice group is part of the Commercial Contracts team of LXA Attorneys and has more than 25 years of experience in the field and an impressive track record, both nationally and internationally. This team deals with distribution in a broad sense: franchise, agency and distribution.

Our specialist services include advising on the drafting of agency agreements and on the termination of an agency relationship, as well as litigating on agency-related disputes. Often this involves disputes about (overdue) commission, whether or not a client is entitled to a customer fee and disputes about a non-compete or non-solicitation clause.
